Training - On site or via teleconference. Training is available to support your management team and Board of Directors. Training can be tailored to meet your organization's unique need. In addition, TLC can facilitate short and/or long-range strategic planning for your organization.
Technical Assistance - Regarding the federal grant submission process; the Bureau of Primary Health Care's move to the Electronic Handbook (EHB) process for grantees; assist with a sound community development process (e.g. need assessment and/or project planning); review of policies and procedures and other institutional documents for program compliance; and much more.
Grant Writing - Federal Bureau of Primary Health Care and/or State and Foundation grant applications.
