Our Business

TrueLove Consulting was formally established (incorporated) in 2002, and is a family owned and operated consulting and grant writing firm with clients throughout the United States. TLC, Inc's. Chief Executive Officer and owner is Rhonda Savage.

Ms. Savage has extensive knowledge of:

• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Operations;
• Appropriate familiarity, understanding of FQHC requirements;
• Training from the National Association of Community Health Centers(NACHC) regarding 330 application grant preparation;
• Since 1998, on a full-time basis, assisted non-profit corporations through activities that enhanced their ability to identify, appropriately plan for, and implement a variety of health and social services programs;
• Extensive experience in conducting community needs assessments;
• Data driven research and analysis;
• Extensive experience in the community planning and grant writing process;
• Experience in all levels of project review

Since 1998, TLC, Inc. has successfully accessed more than $600 million in federal, state and private funding in support of our client’s Missions to improve access to affordable health care.  Since our humble beginnings, TLC has successfully assisted our clients to tap into $651,690,279 in annual federal, state, and local funding supports.  At least annually, TLC measures our efforts in terms of tangible outcomes. Clearly, our efforts improve access to funding supports and enhance our ability to meet our client’s needs. As it stands, during any given year, as a direct result of TLC’s history of approved grants, more than 833,978 low-income, un/underinsured individuals receives access to about 2,427,384 million affordable health care encounters. The impact of TLC’s efforts help to support our mission, as well as that of our clients.  Together, we are making a remarkable difference!
